We were a family of three who grew our family through the process of open, domestic, transracial adoption. God has blessed us and we are thankful.

Our Adoption Timeline

06/8/10 - We decided on adoption and saved money.
01/19/11 - Signed with Agency and start paper-chasing
03/13/11 - Homestudy Visit
04/12/11 - Homestudy Approved
04/22/11 - Officially a waiting family!

06/16/11 - Matched with an e-mom due in mid-July.
07/06/11 - Baby boy is in our arms a few hours after his birth.
07/18/2011 - We went home and the revocation period is over!
01/07/2012 - Filed for Finalization after 6-month wait period.

02/26/2012 - Adoption Finalized!!!
